On and after January l, 1953, each outlet from a house trailer drainage system shall be provided with a flexible sewer connector or equally satisfactory device. It shall be a responsibility of the house trailer park operator to supervise the installation of the sewer connector. The sewer connector shall be connected directly to the lateral sanitary sewer. There shall be no discharge of sewage or waste water onto the surface of the ground nor shall there be any noticeable sewage odors in the house trailer park.
