(A) All sewage and waste water from toilets, showers, bathtubs, slop sinks, lavatories, kitchen sinks, laundries, floor drains, and similar plumbing fixtures in house trailers and house trailer parks shall be discharged in the sanitary sewerage of the city.
(B) Each house trailer lot shall be provided with a 4-inch lateral sanitary sewer of premium joint construction and shall be effectively trapped and protected from freezing. The lateral sanitary sewer shall extend vertically to the surface of the ground and shall be properly protected to prevent breakage and the entrance of surface water into the sanitary sewerage system.
