§ 153.07 STREETS, PARKING, AND SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   Each house trailer lot in each house trailer park or section thereof, shall abut on a paved street within the trailer park which has a clear unobstructed paved width to accommodate the contemplated parking and traffic load in accordance with the type of street as follows:
      (1)   All entrance and exit two-way streets shall have a minimum width of 35 feet exclusive of any median strip. One-way entrance or exit streets shall have a minimum width of 20 feet;
      (2)   All collector, minor, or cul-de-sac streets shall have a minimum width of 20 feet and parking is not permitted;
      (3)   The operator may permit parking on both sides of streets having a minimum width of 35 feet;
      (4)   The operator may permit parking on both sides of streets having a minimum width of 28 feet which have been designated as one-way;
      (5)   The operator may permit parking on 1 side of two-way streets having a minimum width of 28 feet;
      (6)   The operator may permit parking on 1 side of streets having a minimum width of 20 feet which have been designated as one-way.
   (B)   If flexible paving is used it shall consist of a minimum of 3 inches of asphalt concrete placed on top of not less than 6 inches of properly prepared aggregate base. If rigid pavement is used, it shall consist of a minimum of 5 inches of plain portland cement concrete. The subgrade in either case shall be well drained, well compacted, and smoothly graded.
   (C)   The streets within the trailer park shall have either a combination concrete curb and gutter (type 2, 3, or 4) or an inverted crown with no curbs and a 3 foot wide concrete sidewalk on both sides separated from the curb by a 2-foot wide terrace.
   (D)   No house trailer lot shall have a direct accessway for vehicles to a public thoroughfare.
   (E)   The street system in a house trailer park shall have unobstructed access to a public thoroughfare.
   (F)   Each house trailer lot in each house trailer park or section thereof shall be provided with an on-lot parking space for two automobiles. The parking space shall be paved according to the same specifications as the streets.
   (G)   Each house trailer lot in each house trailer park or section thereof shall be provided with a paved patio having a minimum surface area of 100 square feet.
   (H)   Each house trailer lot in each house trailer park or section thereof shall be provided with paved strips, piers, or a pad of such width and length and so positioned as to furnish a stable base for the house trailer.
   (I)   Each house trailer lot in each house trailer park or section thereof shall be provided with a paved walkway with a minimum width of 2 feet leading from the house trailer door or patio to the adjacent street, main walkway, or parking area.
   (J)   All house trailer park streets shall be maintained in a safe, passable condition at all times.
