§ 153.06 HOUSE TRAILER LOTS.
   (A)   Each house trailer lot in a house trailer park or section thereof, shall have a land area of not less than 3,600 square feet.
   (B)   The body of each house trailer, shall be located on the lot so as to provide not less than 15 feet distance from any building, public roadway, street, or alley, and not less than 10 feet distance from roadways and parkways within the house trailer park, and not less than 10 feet distance from the house trailer park property line.
   (C)   Each house trailer in house trailer parks shall be located on the lot so as to provide not less than 20 feet clear distance between the sides of trailers, 15 feet clear distance between the end of any trailer and the side of any trailer, and 10 feet clear distance between trailers placed end to end. In computing these distance requirements, lean-tos, auxiliary rooms, and similar accessories connected to the house trailer, but not including temporary porches and canopies which are open on 2 or more sides and constructed of fire- resistant materials, shall be considered as part of the house trailer. Any freestanding auxiliary buildings shall not be placed in the clear distance required between trailers and lot line, and trailers and roadways.
   (D)   House trailer parks shall have a trailer tie- down system approved by the Engineering Department Supervisor and each trailer within the park shall be tied down with the approved system.
   (E)   Each trailer shall be properly supported by piers and footing sufficient to carry its weight and each trailer shall be skirted around its base.
   (F)   The operator of the house trailer park shall be responsible for defining the house trailer lot boundaries and requiring the proper placement of the house trailer upon the lot in order to provide the placement of any existing or future house trailer to assure compliance with the minimum space requirements of this regulation.
