The provisions of regulations HE-33-02 through HE-33-05 of the Ohio Sanitary Code relating to the submission of plans and specifications for proposed water supply, sewerage and sewage disposal, plumbing, drainage, and sanitary equipment shall apply to house trailer parks. In addition, the plans and specifications submitted for the approval of the City Planning Commission shall clearly show and describe:
(A) The total area to be used for house trailer park purposes;
(B) Entrance and exit roadways, driveways, and walkways;
(C) Location and sizes of house trailer lots;
(D) Method and plan for drainage of surface and storm water;
(E) Location and design of public and private service buildings;
(F) Location, number, and types of plumbing fixtures;
(G) Method of storage, collection, and disposal of garbage and other refuse;
(H) Plan of lighting;
(I) Tie-down system;
(J) Method of skirting trailers.
