(A) All house trailer parks and the location of house trailers therein shall comply with regulations HE-27-01 through HE-27-30 of the Ohio Sanitary Code, except camping house trailers located in a camp having a permit under regulations HE-25-01 through HE-25-03 of the Ohio Sanitary Code.
(B) No person, firm, or corporation shall maintain or operate a house trailer park in this state without a license issued by the Board of Health of the district in which the house trailer park is located. The license shall be issued for a period of not to exceed 1 year and may be suspended or revoked at any time for failure to comply with regulations HE-27-01 through HE-27-30 of the Ohio Sanitary Code, or R.C. §§ 3733.01 through 3733.07.
