§ 153.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD OF HEALTH. The Van Wert City-County Board of Health or the authority having the duties of a Board of Health as authorized by R.C. § 3709.05.
   CAMPING HOUSE TRAILER. A house trailer without plumbing fixtures or with plumbing fixtures all of which are connected to a satisfactory sewage holding tank attached to the trailer.
   HOUSE TRAILER. See the definition of MANUFACTURED HOME in R.C. § 4501.01.
   HOUSE TRAILER DRAINAGE SYSTEM. The plumbing fixtures and fixture traps, the waste and vent pipes with their devices, appurtenances and connections, all within or adjacent to the house trailer.
   HOUSE TRAILER LOT. The portion of a house trailer park designated for the use or occupancy of 1 house trailer.
   HOUSE TRAILER PARK. Any site, lot, field, or tract of land on which 3 or more house trailers used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and shall include any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the facilities of such house trailer park. A tract of land which is subdivided and the individual lots are leased or otherwise contracted for shall constitute a house trailer park if 3 or more house trailers are parked thereon. That tract of land shall not be less than 10 acres.
   LATERAL SANITARY SEWER. The portion of the sanitary sewerage system which extends as a single terminal to the house trailer lot.
   OCCUPANT. A person using a house trailer as a place of abode, either temporarily or permanently.
   OPERATOR. The person, firm, or corporation who is in responsible charge of the operation of a house trailer park or who, if there be no one in responsible charge, allows the property to be used for parking of house trailers.
   PLUMBING FIXTURES. Receptacle designed to receive and discharge water, liquid, or water-carried wastes into the drainage system with which they are connected.
   SEWER CONNECTOR. A tube or pipe connecting house trailer drainage system with the sanitary sewerage system.
   SOLID WASTES. Such unwanted residual solid or semisolid material as results from commercial and community operations and includes garbage, street dirt, debris, and combustible and noncombustible material.
   STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. The State Department of Health as created by the provisions of R.C. § 121.02.
   WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. Those pipes that convey the water from the water service pipes to the plumbing fixtures.
   WATER SERVICE PIPE. The pipe from the water main to the building, house trailer, or outside water faucet.
