(A) No person, or devise, shall discharge any air gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol, BB gun, or spring action gun, or other firearm within the corporate limits of the municipality; except as required at 515 East Main Street, Van Wert, OH 45891, and at the Junior Fair Building located at the Fairgrounds, South Washington Street, Van Wert, OH 45891, at a shooting range in compliance with R.C. §§ 1533.83, 1533.84, and 1533.85, and Ohio Administrative Code Section 1501:31-29-03.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
