§ 131.34 DESTRUCTION OF RAILROAD SAFETY GATES.
   (A)   No person shall destroy any part of a safety protection gate owned and operated by a railroad company within the city.

   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
