§ 115.08 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   Upon written complaint being filed with the Mayor or his or her representative that any door-to-door salesperson, itinerant merchant, peddler or solicitor is suffering from a communicable disease or has made himself or herself obnoxious to the public by the use of indecent, profane, or insulting language or actions, or the unsanitary condition of his or her person or clothing, an investigation shall be made and if the complaint is found to be true, the license of the individual shall be revoked by the Mayor or his or her representative. In addition, any applicant found to have given false information on the application required in § 115.04 of this chapter shall have the license immediately revoked.
