(A) The city hereby enacts a video service fee (VSP fee) in the amount of 5% of the video service provider’s gross revenue as defined in R.C. § 1332.32(B).
(B) Such VSP fee shall be paid by each video service provider providing service to the city on a quarterly basis, but no sooner than 45 days nor later than 60 days after the end of each calendar quarter.
