(A) No firm, person, group, company, or corporation, without the expressed consent of the grantee, shall make any connection, extension, or division whether physically, acoustically, inductively, electronically, or otherwise with or to any segment of a franchised broadband telecommunications network for any purpose whatsoever.
(B) No firm, person, group, company, or corporation shall willfully interfere with, tamper with, remove, obstruct, or damage any part, segment, or content of a franchised broadband telecommunications network for any purpose whatsoever.
