§ 111.07 ANNEXATION POLICY.
   (A)   The grantee of any franchise under this chapter shall at his or her expense extend his or her broadband telecommunications network when there are 30 houses per mile or their equivalent in a street, or portion of a street, in order to provide full network service to all residents of:
      (1)   A newly annexed area of the city not then served by a broadband telecommunications network; or
      (2)   New housing areas developed within the city limits.
   (B)   If within either division (A) (1) or (2) there exists or it is planned that there will be less than 30 dwellings per mile, the grantee may, subject to the approval of the city, collect an amount up to ½ of the costs of extension on a prorated basis from any subscribers connected to extensions.
