(A) The grantee of any franchise hereunder shall provide service initially to all homes who request it and who are located within the city limits as indicated on the map attached to the original copy of Ordinance 5055-73 identified as "Exhibit A," entitled "Initial Service Area," and made a part of this chapter by reference.
(B) In the event the continued use of a street is denied for any reason, the grantee will make every effort to provide service over an alternate route.
