No owner, operator, or officer of a corporation, if a corporation owns or operates a coin-operated laundry, or the owner or lessor of a building used for the operation of a coin-operated laundry shall keep the laundry open to the public between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless an adult attendant is on duty at all times during the specified hours.
