§ 100.08 PROCEDURES AND ENFORCEMENT.
   The city will accept the procedures and enforcement criteria as adopted by the Van Wert County Commissioners. See § 100.09 for a list of current procedures and enforcement. In addition, the city will adopt the following: Any person subjected to an unlawful housing practice in the city may file within 365 days of the alleged violation with the city's Fair Housing Coordinator, a complaint in writing, sworn to or affirmed, which shall state the name and address of the person alleged to have committed the violation complained of the particulars thereof, and such other information as may be required by the Commission. The Fair Housing Coordinator will then refer the complainant to the Commission if any further action is deemed necessary.
