§ 99.10 AUDIBLE ALARM REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Every person owning or maintaining an audible alarm located within the city shall post a notice containing the names and telephone numbers of the persons to be notified to render repairs or service and secure the premises during any hour of the day or night that the alarm is actuated. This notice shall be posted near the alarm in such a position as to be legible from the ground level adjacent to the building where the alarm system is located. However, at the discretion of the alarm user, the notice may be posted at the Police Communications Center in lieu of posting at the alarm premises.
   (B)   All audible alarms located within the city must be equipped with an automatic timer device. The timer shall silence the audible signal after a maximum of 15 minutes has elapsed from the time the alarm was actuated.
