§ 99.05 PERMIT APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE.

(A) Any person desiring the issuance of a permit as required by this chapter, shall file with the Chief of Police a written application on a form to be provided.

(B) Upon compliance with division (A) above, and upon approval of the Chief of Police, the alarm permit shall be issued to the applicant.
