§ 99.04 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or organization of any kind shall install, or have installed, any alarm system for the purpose of detecting possible criminal activity, unless a permit has first been issued by the Chief of Police.
   (B)   No person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or organization of any kind shall continue the use of any alarm or alarm system connected in any physical manner whatsoever with the Police Department, intended to alert the Police Department of possible criminal activity already in operation on December 10, 1984, unless a permit has been issued by the Chief of Police by January 1, 1985.
