§ 98.20 TREES IN NEW SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   In new subdivisions or when development of commercial property occurs a subdivider or company shall furnish plans showing location, spacing, size, variety, time of installation and other pertinent data. The subdivider/company shall install such trees or shrubs in a manner in conformity with this chapter and the approved subdivision regulations for trees and shrubs. Such plans and installation shall be done with the approval and cooperation of the City Tree Commission and the Safety-Service Director.
   (B)   Trunks of trees at planting must not be less than 1 inch in diameter, 1 foot above the ground.
   (C)   Trees shall be planted in accordance with the spacing requirements of this subchapter.
