§ 98.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   WEEDS.
      (1)   NOXIOUS OR HARMFUL WEEDS OR VINES. All weeds listed in OAC 901:5-37-01, including but not limited to, any ragweeds, daisies, goldenrod, burdock, yellow dock, dandelions, thistles, wild carrot or any other weed or vegetable which exhales offensive or noxious odors or from which there is carried by the wind any injurious, offensive or annoying pollen, dust, down, seed or particle, or which may conceal filthy deposits.
      (2)   WEEDS. All grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees, shrubs and cultivated flowers and gardens.
