(A) All wheeled vehicles, including motorcycles, bicycles, skate boards, rollerblades, inline skates, and roller skates are prohibited within the parks within the city except in designated areas.
(B) The term
WHEELEDVEHICLES does not include any vehicle used by a handicapped person or any vehicle used to propel a child under 4 years of age by an adult.
(C) The Safety-Service Director shall designate the appropriate area and shall erect the necessary signs.
