§ 93.10 POSSESSION ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No person, while on city public property, shall have in his or her possession an opened container of an intoxicating liquor, beer, including 3.2% beer, wine, or a mixed beverage that has as an ingredient of an intoxicating liquor, beer, or wine unless the person is within an area designated for consuming alcohol in a lawfully obtained temporary liquor permit issued by the Ohio Department of Liquor Control.
