§ 91.24 SERVICE STATIONS;

Each service station shall be equipped with approved fire extinguishers, suitable for use on petroleum liquid fires, in sufficient number and capacity to cope with incipient fires. Extinguishers shall be kept in good operating condition at all times and shall be located in an accessible and conspicuous place.
