§ 91.22 DRIVER'S SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.

(A) The driver, operator, or attendant of any tank vehicle shall not leave the vehicle while it is being filled or discharged. A delivery hose, when attached to a tank vehicle, shall be considered a part of the tank vehicle.

(B) The driver of a tank vehicle shall bring the vehicle to a full stop before crossing railroad tracks.
