§ 91.06 COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL INCINERATORS.

Commercial and industrial-type incinerators used for the burning of rubbish or other readily combustible solid waste material and flue-fed incinerators shall be provided with approved spark arresters or other effective means for arresting sparks and flying particles.
