§ 91.02 AMENDMENT.
   FM 3-12 of the Ohio Fire Code is amended to read as follows:
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or the Ohio Fire Code, or any amendment thereto, or fails to comply therewith, or violates or fails to comply with a lawful order issued pursuant thereto, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense.
