(A) The city hereby adopts the Ohio Fire Code and the following supplements by reference as if set out at length herein, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion: Current editions of the Ohio Fire Code, Ohio Building Code, Ohio Boiler Code, Ohio Elevator Code, Ohio Mechanical Code, Ohio Plumbing Code, all applicable references, as outlined by the Ohio Administrative Code 1301:7-7-45.
(B) Complete copies of the codes adopted in (A) above are on file with the Safety-Service Director for inspection by the public.
