For purposes of this schedule,
RIDE means operate either a bicycle or motorized bicycle by any method other than to walk beside said vehicle and propel said vehicle by walking. RIDE shall include, but is not limited to: pedaling, operating the motor, propelling the vehicle by riding on one pedal. No person shall ride a bicycle, motorized bicycle, or skateboard upon the sidewalk on the following designated streets:
