SCHEDULE VI. TRUCK ROUTES.
   (A)   No person shall operate a vehicle, with a gross vehicle weight of over 10,000 pounds on any street within the city other then US routes, state routes or truck routes.
   (B)   Such vehicles shall include, but not be limited to trucks, trailers, tractors, semi-tractor-trailers, motor homes or any other vehicle with a gross vehicle weight over 10,000 pounds.
   (C)   This schedule does not apply when a vehicle over 10,000 gvw is in the process of making deliveries, pick-ups or is directly en route to or from the usual place of storage of such vehicle, or which is following a designated signed detour or has been otherwise directed by a law enforcement officer.
   (D)   This schedule does not apply to the following while in the course of their official functions: emergency or public safety vehicle, vehicle owned or operated by the federal, state or local government, Board of Education, non-profit agencies, a gas, electric, communications, refuse, or water utility company or construction company.
   (E)   The Safety-Service Director shall cause appropriate signs to be placed.
   (F)   Designated truck routes shall include the following:
      (1)   All state and federal highways.
      (2)   Fox Road.
      (3)   West Ervin Road (Washington Street to west city limits).
      (4)   East and West Main Streets.
      (5)   Bonnewitz Avenue, Kear Road and Grill Road.
      (6)   Industrial Drive.
