The Mayor and the office of the Safety-Service Director shall use all available means of disseminating information as to the parking prohibitions or regulations requiring removal of parked motor vehicles from the areas designated by the Mayor. Notice shall be disseminated through radio, newspaper, and all other available media, to the extent feasible.
