§ 76.14 PARKING COMMERCIAL AND HEAVY VEHICLES ON MUNICIPAL STREETS.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle of over 10,000 pounds empty vehicle weight on any street or public right-of-way in the municipality.
   (B)   Such vehicles shall include, but not be limited to, trucks, trailers, tractor trailers, tractors, motor homes, and semitrailers.
   (C)   This section shall not apply when a vehicle over 10,000 pounds empty vehicle weight is being actively loaded or unloaded.
   (D)   This section shall not apply to the following while in the course of their official functions: emergency or public safety vehicle, vehicle owned or operated by the federal, state or local government, Board of Education, non-profit agencies, a gas, electric, communications, refuse, or water utility company or construction company, a motor vehicle being operated by or for the transport of a person with a disability that limits or impairs the ability to walk and is displaying a valid removable windshield placard or special license plates, or a motor vehicle being operated by or for the transport of a handicapped person and is displaying a parking card or special handicapped license plates.
   (E)   The Safety-Service Director shall cause appropriate signs to be placed.
