§ 72.98 NUISANCE.

(A) Any emission of noise from any motor vehicle source in excess of the limitations established by this subchapter shall be deemed and is declared to be a public nuisance.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
