§ 72.173 TOY VEHICLES ON STREETS; GAMES.
   (A)   No person on roller skates or riding in or by means of any sled, toy vehicle, or similar device shall go on any roadway except while crossing a street on a crosswalk and except on streets set aside as play streets.
   (B)   No person shall play ball on any of the public streets or alleys.
