§ 52.30 WASTEWATER DISCHARGES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge sewage, industrial wastes or other wastes to any sewer within the jurisdiction of the city, and/or to the POTW without having first complied with the terms of this chapter and of the orders issued by the POTW Director.
