§ 52.21 CHARGES AND FEES.

   The city shall adopt charges and fees which may include:

   (A)   Fees for monitoring, inspections and surveillance procedures;

   (B)   Fees for filing appeals;

   (C)   Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction; and

   (D)   Fees for filing appeals; and

   (E)   Fees for sampling and laboratory analysis.
