§ 51.028 OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY; INDEMNIFICATION.
   All costs and expenses incidental to the installation, connection and maintenance of a building sewer lateral shall be borne by the owner. The owner or contractor shall indemnify the city from any loss, damage or costs that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation and/or maintenance and operation of any building sewer.
