§ 51.017 DISCHARGE OF UNPOLLUTED WATER PROHIBITED.
   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any unpolluted storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, sub-surface drainage, cooling water, or unpolluted industrial process waters to any sanitary sewer.
