(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Whoever violates any ordered curtailment of water in a state of emergency as set out in § 50.30 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on each subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, the city may terminate and/or disconnect service to residents or businesses who commit the violation.
