§ 50.04 SERVICE OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS.
   (A)   The Safety-Service Director shall not authorize the further extension of water pipes beyond the corporate limits, and shall not authorize the furnishing of water to a person who extends water mains or pipes beyond the corporate limits.
   (B)   This section shall have no effect on existing water services which extend beyond the corporate limits.
   (C)   There shall be a tap-in fee as set from time to time by ordinance for persons living outside the corporation limits who desire to utilize the city's sewer system.
