§ 40.02 EXPENDITURES OF FUNDS FOR PURCHASE OF MEALS; BEVERAGES AND OTHER AMENITIES.
   The Council hereby authorizes the duly elected Mayor or his or her designee, to approve the expenditure of municipal funds for the purchase of meals, beverages or other amenities as determined to further a public purpose and that are not manifestly arbitrary, or unreasonable.
