(A) There is hereby established in the Auditor's Office a new fund to be known as the Safety Capital Equipment Fund.
(B) The City Auditor is hereby directed to establish the above named fund, to receive funds from the income tax increase, to invest those funds in accordance with the city investment policy, and permit and make expenditures from that fund only within the limits of the Ohio Revised Code and city ordinances.
(C) The City Auditor is to take the necessary steps to obtain approval from the State Auditor's Office for the establishment of this fund in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code.
