(A) There is hereby established in the Auditor's Office a new fund to be known as the Walter F. Emans Memorial Trust Fund.
(B) The City Auditor is hereby directed to establish the above named fund, to receive funds from the estate of Walter F. Emans, to invest those funds in accordance with the city investment policy, and permit and make expenditures from that fund only within the limits of the Ohio Revised Code and within the limits of the Last Will and Testament of Walter F. Emans.
(C) The City Auditor is to take the necessary steps to obtain approval for the State Auditor's Office for the establishment of this fund in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code.
