(A) The Council hereby adopts the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission of the city; and further, the Council revokes all previously adopted versions of the Rules and Regulations of the Civil Service Commission.
(B) Copies of the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission will be available in the Police Department, Fire Department, Auditor's Office, and the office of the Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission.
(C) Provisions regarding the City Civil Service Commission are contained in R.C. § 124.40.
