The City Planning Commission is established consisting of 5 members: the Mayor, Director of Public Safety and Service, and 3 citizens of the city, who shall serve without compensation, and who shall be appointed by the Mayor for terms of 6 years, except that the term of 1 member of the first commission shall be 4 years and 1 term shall be 2 years.
