(A) All persons, whether residents or nonresidents of the City of Van Wert, shall be charged the usual, customary and reasonable charges currently prevailing in this area for all EMS services (excepting motor vehicle accidents) including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) as well as ambulance transport mileage for both BLS and ALS provided by the City of Van Wert, which are as follows:

(B) All persons, whether residents or non-residents of the City of Van Wert, receiving services from the Van Wert Fire Department and EMS at motor vehicle accidents, shall be charged at the MVA rates established by FEMA for motor vehicle accidents.
(C) The effective date of these above described services and charges shall be September 10, 2012.
(D) The revenue received under this resolution shall be deposited in the General Fund of the city.
