§ 34.05 FEES FOR INSPECTION SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.

   The Van Wert Fire Department hereby establishes the following fees for inspection services provided by the Van Wert Fire Department pursuant to the Ohio Fire Code Section FM 103.2 as follows:

   (A)   New construction   $195.00

      Re-inspect new constructions   45.00

      1st follow up   95.00

      2nd follow up   145.00

      3rd follow up   195.00

      4th follow up   295.00

Subsequent follow up inspection fees increased in $50.00 increments.

   (B)   Existing construction   $95.00

      Re-inspection fee   45.00

   (C)   Child daycare/foster homes

      inspection fee   $20.00
