§ 34.04 CALLS FROM OUTSIDE FIRE DISTRICT.
   In the event an emergency or fire call is received from any territory with which no contract has been entered into, the Chief of the Fire Department or any officer he or she may designate may exercise his or her judgment and discretion as to whether the call shall be answered and, if so, what equipment and firefighters shall be used in answering the call.
