§ 33.15 ESTABLISHMENT; APPOINTMENT.
   There is hereby authorized within the Police Department a Reserve Police Force which will be known as the Police Reserve Unit, the members of which shall be appointed by the Safety-Service Director and oath of office administered by the Mayor.
