(A) The salary of the Director of Law shall be as set by Council.
(B) The Director of Law shall perform the statutory duties of the office and other duties as directed by Council.
(C) The Director of Law shall maintain regular office hours during the time that the Van Wert Municipal Building is open to the public unless the Director of Law is engaged in Van Wert city business away from the Municipal Building.
(D) The Director of Law shall give a bond in the sum set by Council.
